Return & Refund Policy:

SACHET will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

  • Product must be in the original condition.
  • Product must be unopened and unused.
  • Product must be sent back within 15 days.
  • The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.

How do I return product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty product;

  • Take clear images of products that are found damaged.
  • Email us at sales@sachetcare.com to request return with complete details.
  • Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

How do I refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting refund method with you.

 

Exchange Policy:

SACHET  will surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered instead of actual order, under the following conditions;

  • Product must be in the original condition.
  • Product must be unopened and unused.
  • Product must be sent back within 15 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Non-Returnable Products:

Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. SACHET will not accept return products, such as;

  • If shipping box is open or damaged by the customer’s side.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
