Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within:

• 3 days for general returns and exchanges
• 14 days for damaged or incorrect items (see full policy below)

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns or issue refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

✅ Eligible for Return:

• Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
• You provide proof of purchase (receipt/order ID)
• Product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Opened or used products
• Sale items or gift cards
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Products returned after 14 days

🛠️ How to Request a Return:

• Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or faulty product
• Email us at sales@sachetcare.com with your order number and details
• Send the product back to us in sealed, original packaging to our address

💳 Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• If approved, your refund will be processed using your selected method.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any product that was:

• Delivered incorrectly
• Sent in damaged condition

✅ Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be unopened and unused
• Product must be returned within 14 days
• Exchange request must be pre-approved via email

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

    Email us at sales@sachetcare.com with:

• Your order number
• Details of received product vs. ordered product
• Return the product in original sealed packaging

Note: The quickest way to get the correct product is to return the item and place a new order after approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Items bought on sale
• Gift cards

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Rules:

• If the order is not yet dispatched, we’ll cancel it for you
• If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled
