- Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt/order ID)
- Product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery
❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Opened or used products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products returned after 14 days

- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or faulty product
- Email us at sales@sachetcare.com with your order number and details
- Send the product back to us in sealed, original packaging to our address
💳 Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using your selected method.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any product that was:
- Delivered incorrectly
- Sent in damaged condition
✅ Exchange Conditions:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be returned within 14 days
- Exchange request must be pre-approved via email
🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

- Your order number
- Details of received product vs. ordered product
- Return the product in original sealed packaging
Note: The quickest way to get the correct product is to return the item and place a new order after approval.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Items bought on sale
- Gift cards
