• Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
• You provide proof of purchase (receipt/order ID)
• Product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Opened or used products
• Sale items or gift cards
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Products returned after 14 days

• Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or faulty product
• Email us at sales@sachetcare.com with your order number and details
• Send the product back to us in sealed, original packaging to our address

💳 Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• If approved, your refund will be processed using your selected method.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any product that was:

• Delivered incorrectly
• Sent in damaged condition

✅ Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be unopened and unused
• Product must be returned within 14 days
• Exchange request must be pre-approved via email

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

    Email us at sales@sachetcare.com with:

• Your order number
• Details of received product vs. ordered product
• Return the product in original sealed packaging

Note: The quickest way to get the correct product is to return the item and place a new order after approval.

Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Items bought on sale
• Gift cards
